I think the clue is the word 'initial'.
-
On the website the adult ones are priced at £12.00 which in my opinion is a very fair price. Hopefully we’ll take a good following.
-
Even better price for seniors, just £6 each.
-
Decent. Once people have got over midday we should take a decent amount. It's not as if you have to get up at 4am and it's Plymouth away.

There's "Members" and "non-Members" prices hound.
I'm not sure what that's about but I think our price is £8.00 rather than £6.00

Just going on what the ticket office told me when I phoned yesterday to see when I can buy.
If it’s £8 I might not be able to afford to go.

I tried buying my ticket online this morning and it immediately came up as £8.
I've had a long think about your comment hound and I'm prepared to give you the extra £2.00 to enable you to go to this one.
I can deduct it from my daughter's pocket money because she hasn't washed up all week.

You're right hound, I just bought my ticket and it automatically reduced to £6.00 at check-out.
Phew, thank heavens my £2.00 is safe......

What's the Members vs Non-Members bit about?
It's shit enough being an exiled fan who can't get to many games without facing an extra charge when I do try and make one, all because I don't want to pay for a Membership which will provide me with pretty much zero benefit.

I must admit Glen, I can't recall us having a two-tier pricing previously.
-
Would have thought all pricing is set by the home club, especially as seniors are in this case 65+
-
I'd take it as it's £16 but ST holders get a £4 discount
-
Just checked the prices on Hull's website and as roversdude suggested, the 'members / non-members' price structure is theirs.
So Rovers have presumably matched the same policy for this game.
-
Would be good if Rovers offered some clarity on why this separation on pricing exists – even if it is due to the home side.
I know it's only £4, but I'm already pissed off that I have to factor in an overnight stay somewhere en route in order to make kick-off to suit the convenience of someone sat on their sofa elsewhere in the world.

Ring them and ask

 I’m just so glad that I can go now without having to be beholden to you mate and confident in the knowledge that your daughters money is safe.
-
I’m assuming that members is for season ticket holders
-
Never known season ticket holders get reduced away tickets before. Anyone else?
-
None of the price structuring will be down to us, it must be something Hull City do, fair play to them.
-
Just looking for somewhere to park the car for this game as I’ve not been to the MKM Stadium before.
Is the park and ride a good option as it appears to drop off and pick up at the ground?
I’m thinking it might be hectic getting a bus back there after the game.
The Asda offers match day parking too and says it is a twenty minute walk away.
Any recommendations lads?
-
I’ve previously used the park and ride and didn’t have any issues, I’m planning to use it again, they start to run from 10am on Sundays. It’s free to park, you just pay for the bus ride.
-
Thank you.
I was just wondering whether there might be a lot of people trying to get in busses after the match.
-
I’m sure I parked in a car park by the ground last time and walked through the park?
-
Theres a massive car park near the stadium just off Anlaby Road, or you could try the hospital car park
-
There's street parking about 20 minutes' walk away if you're able to walk that far.
-
These tickets are not showing for sale, so I assume that the initial allocation has been sold out and the other blocks will become available on Thursday?
Me and a mate will get ours Thursday morning if we are getting more
-
I rang yesterday and ask if getting more when there was 70 odd left, said was down to manager to request more but seeing as not even on general sale yet I think the demand will be there for more tickets
-
Yep, I like to think we can sell another 500 or so
-
Hope there's more not got mine yet
-
More on now.
-
Padge was only hoping for more allocated tickets. I think your moron response a bit tough on him.

Clever use of the words there Usher.

2 tickets bought earlier today. Anyone got an update on sales

By my calculations, I make it over 1300 tickets sold. I'm sure someone on here can be more specific. I also got our 2 tickets this morning.
-
A 3rd round FA Cup tie away against a localish side 2 leagues above, id be disappointed if we didn't muster 3000 for this one.
-
I know a couple of mates who want to go but don't have a purchase history. I get it from a security POV but it does hinder all out sales. Gone are them days when you could decide to just go a match you fancied on a whim and buy a ticket

I'd prepare yourself for disappointment Albert as our initial allocation was 1,031.... I hardly think Hull would stump up another 2000, even if we could sell them....
-
New block on sale today (Thurs?) - lots of availability…….all general sale
-
Think they will give us as many as we can sell.

I honestly think it’ll be nearer 2k, the FA Cup keeps being undermined by the big clubs, it’s not got the same draw as it used to. Despite being second in the league, I feel things are a little flat at the moment, plus money is tight at this time of the year and a Sunday fixture doesn’t work for some.

they could just ring up and register

Hull are only opening 2 stands for their fans. It's not the spectacle it once was
-
Hull need to concentrate on staying in the Championship. Hopefully they play the kids and reserves against TLOD. Then it’s on to our big prize awayday in round 4.

Unfortunately they’ve got no midweek fixtures either side, so I think they’d be mad to play a weakened side. They’ve got Leeds tomorrow, us then Milwall the week after, imagine facing three of the biggest firms in English football one after another, poor Tigers!
-
Tickets have sold really well over the last couple of days. Only 104 tickets left in N6 and N7.
Not sure of the allocation though
-
Still the initial allocation i think what ever that was.
