Seems the company is being struck off? While your reading can someone just confirm for me Willie McKays residence? Is this where his £55million football centre is to be based?on a side note sorry not DRFF related but seems the peel group who once owned the airport are planning to build 1200 homes adjacent the airport! Who was the private funding coming from for his plan?

Find below a summary of the Companies House record of Doncaster City Football Club Ltd.
Looks like the company was set up with £100 capital and 1 Director (Janis McKay) in Jun 2022 and sold to Joshua Rutherford in Nov 2024. Looks like the company is going to continue to "trade" as the accounts to June 23 show assets of £100 and no turnover. The £100 is the share capital raised at incorporation.
I have always thought that this was a wheeze to screw money from DRFC if we had wanted to change our name to Doncaster City FC after the town got City status.

Could be using it to register private vehicles thereby trying to dodge speeding/ parking fines.

Remember when they were going to build the tennis centre of the North at Bawtry and they paraded on the pitch at the Keepmoat as match ball sponsors. What happened to that plan ?

That's a different company to the subject of the post.
DONCASTER CITY ELITE TRAINING CENTRE LTD was set up on 29th August 2023 but hasn't yet file any accounts and has failed to file a required Confirmation Statement which is what will have triggered the strike off process.
Pinter - yes, Martin Grange Farm is where McKay was/is planning to build his football academy. Not sure where he currently resides.

So is WM still involved with DCFC?
-
I don’t think they are ever going to be competing with DRFC.

The other week they won a league match against Rosso reserves 3-1 , including in the Rosso team were 5 16 year old school boys

Sorry to be pedantic but it was 5-1 to Doncaster City.
