Thank, Glyn! JM might have been sent off after 13 seconds, but that’s still in the first minute, eh?

Looks a red to me, that's the only angle so hard to say 100% but he definitely seems like he elbows him. If we saw a striker try that on Olowu we'd be livid if he didn't see red.

Not a red, yes he caught him but not malicious.

Number 25 went down like his jaw was hanging off then got up and ran off as soon as the card came out.

25 should have had a yellow for feigning injury.

Disgusting how the 25 went down.
This is the sort of cheating which is spoiling football.

Sorry but Marquis is not looking at the ball and aims a forearm at the players throat. You just can't do that these days.

Desperation had his day, not a patch on Alfie,

Not the best angle but doesn’t really look that bad does it? The one on Senior at Morecambe was worse.

I think the worst one I have seen is probably the one by Chris Morgan on James Hayter a few years back at the KM.
If I recall correctly, it was also a Sky match and they showed the replays quite a few times, Morgan glances to see where Hayter was and “did him” on purpose.

Didn't look that bad to me, defender made a meal of it, straight up afters..

The ref must have had a good sight of it. It didn’t look a red in ‘real time’ & yes the defender made a meal of it but, when you see the replays Marquis has a glance & knows where the defender is, he leads with his elbow so a straight red for me.

Credit to the ref for showing it for the very first challenge of the game.
