When watching them they said today was the first time Rotherham have won away on a Saturday with a 3 pm kickoff in          2 half years that sounds a crazy stat.

Also they referred to the barrow v Carlisle game as the Cumbrian classico which made me laugh

As my brother said, despite two goals from Street we thought the MOTM was a close call between Moly & Sterry.

That first time strike from Moly for his goal was sublime as was the shot that had the crossbar shuddering which ended up with Street’s second goal.

I thought that was Sterry’s best game for us yet. He improves week on week. A threat going forward when he cuts inside & his shots are invariably on target & not one to shirk a challenge either.

Great ball by Gibson & superb finish by Molly for the 3rd. Love to see wingers switching sides, gives the opposition something to think about in game.

Fantastic game to watch, all action with every player fully on it. On another day it would have been 7-0.

This is obviously the template that we need to revert to at every available opportunity for the rest of the season. We can say Newport weren't up to much but i'd rather say we didn't give them a minutes peace, we did to them what we've been threatening to do to teams for most of the season, today we left a handful of goals on the pitch, next time we need to be more ruthless.

GM knows what he now has to do , the players know what they have to do.

Time to rip this league a new one.

Last yr we were 21st when it clicked,   imagine if we well and truly click with 3rd as a starting point ?

I thought Sterry and Broadbent were great yesterday. If Sterry keeps on improving at this rate we’ll have one hell of a player.
