No, it hasn't. There is an issue with the thread, in that it won't update, but its not a moderation issue. At this moment in time we don't know what it is.

And a bit about why don't the caterers pour at least some beer etc before the break.

Perhaps because they’re neither trained nor adept at being caterers or bar staff?
