am i right in saying the board have protected them selves by making it incredibly expensive for grant to be poached?

I had my doubts this year but he dispelled all of them. Held his nerve superbly when everyone else was panicking. Top man.

Graham Alexander won the "other one" - perhaps based on the number that have failed there and perhaps their very numerous fans have undue influence!

you don’t have to go that far back, someone put a poll on this site not that long ago asking how long he should be given, maybe this should be re posted and we can all laugh at it.

Top award for a top manager, had my doubts around Christmas time. To win the title & have to go through what he went through in his personal life speaks volumes of the man. Well done Grant, a thoroughly deserved accolade. We are so lucky to have him.

I know very little about the mechanics of professional sport but that doesn’t stop me giving my two penneth - usually wrong !

I sat next to Grant at a game when he had been banished to the stands. He lived and asessed every kick of the ball with his heart and soul. It is obvious that he is dedicated to DRFC with every fibre of his being, we could not have a better or more dedicated Manager than him.
