Are ST's collected from the stadium or posted ?
-
I thought it was keep last seasons, then an update on download to mobile which will be sent to your via email. Maybe I have it wrong.

Thats what i thought but then i got an email asking for an updated photo, and to add my sons so who knows.

Sorry to piggyback on this but got a bit bored tonight so thought I’ll add up how many season tickets are left available in the south stand down to 568
I don’t know if we keep some back, but if not could see it sell out most games which would be nice
-
Keep getting bored I say :)
Thats great if the SS sells out most games.
-
Ok update just done another count and south is down to 506 season tickets remaining.
FYI only 474 in the south stand for the Exeter game
-
On this subject… how’s the % increase in ST sales v this time last year going?
A couple of weeks ago (possible more as time flies) it was 43% UP
-
So are we using revalidated ST from last season as I was told by the Ticket Office , because a friend has just renewed and he has got a new one with this seasons date on 25/26 , a bit confusing I don't want to turn up and look a fool at the Turnstile . ( I do have a screen save of the digital Ticket for back up)

Why not use your digital ticket as your primary means? You'll get used to it.
-
I can use it , but it's nice to have the real thing as back up just in case the phone play's up for some reason. :)

I'm going to use last seasons card as back up in the remote possibility my phone battery runs out. The QR code on it is the only thing that matters.

Print it out and keep the copy in your wallet

Of you ask you can get a physical ticket from the ticket office

not if it's not pre loaded with a ticket to use ,it's just a piece of plastic with your photo on know prove you have a season ticket

I'll be using my e-season ticket. I'm just trying to encourage others to do the same.
We've moved on a bit since having to carry around our full season ticket books. Just takes a little while for everyone to get used to it.

I have saved the e ticket to my phone but I have also requested an actual (credit card size) plastic ticket as back up.
When I asked if last years plastic ticket would suffice the answer was no, I have to pick up a new one.
-
Yep, last seasons cards are no good, you get a new card if you requested one.
-
The cards don’t possess some magical quality. They are just a background to print on the QR code. You can do the same on a piece of paper, on your phone, or have it tattooed to your hand. All the turnstile people do is scan the QR code, whatever surface it is printed on.
-
Having it already saved to my phone and not fancying having it tattooed onto my hand I reckoned that a plastic card is a better bet than a bit of paper which might get torn, wet through or blown away in a gale.
But thanks for the tip.
-
When we played Everton I printed our five tickets off. By mistake I printed two copies of one missing one of the others. I printed the missing one off and threw one of double prints away. When we got to the turnstile after about five minutes the operator let us in despite the doubly printed one not scanning. That is why I wanted a card again this season. Technology is great when it works but human error can always be a problem.
-
My new card arrived in the post today, with the same pug ugly boatrace photo from last year.
Job done.

5100 have been sold as of today.

5100 have been sold as of today.
I'm sure that's similar to last year now.
-
1400 more than same time last year.
-
This is more than the total of last season isn't it? Just shy of 5,000 last season??
-
Expecting to sell around another 900 before the season starts, hope we do

Amazing if we did but unlikely the season starts a week on Saturday and these would more than likely be new ST holders making that unlikely too.
-
I presume that will be based on historic purchasing and trends that he is making the assumption of 900. Fingers crossed it will be a decent number
-
Confirmation from Club last seasons physical ticket is no longer valid

Got to be possible, end of month pay cheques go in 31st, perfect timing for a season ticket purchase for those that like to keep their money close to them until last possible moment.

My arse.

Just don't wear a belt so you can whip your jeans off quick to get scanned and aren't holding up the queue for everyone else.

Don’t sit on a Whicker chair pre match either, a lumpy QR code won’t help speed of entry!

Trying hard to erase that image from my mind.

That's nothing, Redwine. If it was my arse, they'd have to get through all the wrinkles first.

It'd work like Braille though.

Might scan as a bottle of Coke.

FYI was just on the tickets site doing a count for Exeter and noticed that the South stand season tickets have been taken off sale, only East and west on sale.
Does that mean we have sold the allocation of season tickets in the south or is it just being done so we have some to go on general sale
-
Can't sell any until after the game as the south stand is sold out for this game. A season ticket holder wouldnt be able to go

Ok would have just assumed that they would carry on selling them and say that for this match you will have to go in east or west but that is understandable
-
Correct. Just bought two today for the south stand but given two tickets for south west corner. Season tickets will be emailed Monday

Are you the 6000th season ticket holders?
-
It’s been great hearing the sales updates, so with just over one day to go, what’s the latest?
Have we got over the 6000 line?
Are we still running at 43% uplift v this time LY?
Have we sold the most ST’s since our Championship days?
Spread the positive news.
-
I think that Gavin said the ST sales will be around 1200 up on last season.

not sure, didn’t like to ask the lady serving us - they were pretty busy which is good to see
