Just a hunch but I don't think McCann will make a move just yet. I think he'll assess what we've got over the remaining friendlies, and maybe a couple of games into the season. That's when we're likely to see what the future holds for Close and Westbrooke. Of course, McCann will have to keep tabs on Crew if he thinks we're going to need him, just in case other clubs start sniffing.

I bet there is already an agreement in place but that Leeds wish to assess him during their pte season matches in Scandinavia and now Germany .They will be finished and back home in time for our season to start .

Ive heard Barnsley are interested in Crew on season long loan.

With going out on loan, it can’t just be about which team you go to, but the teams you’ll be playing against. In theory, a league 1 loan could be with any club.?
