Is Hanlan injured then or out of favour?
-
I'll be watching from Elounda in Crete

Out of favour I think, GM was very upbeat about nobody being in the treatment room earlier in the week.
-
Though he was injured in the EFL trophy
-
Though he was injured in the EFL trophy
Maybe not 100% yet then.
-
Looking forward to today's game
-
After 4 minutes, Wigan have 100% possession!
-
Early corner
-
That looked like a pen!
-
That should be a pen
-
Nixon is so good
-
1-0 wigan
-
TLT spilled it
-
Two weeks running
-
FFS. Typical after that poor pen decision
-
Despite what the commentators are saying it is NOT a TLT mistake, took a nick off their defender which has took it away from him.
-
Yeah I thought that too
-
2-0 wigan
-
FFS
-
TLT having a shocker. Both goals on him
-
At least we have time!
-
Oh.
-
First shot on target from Harry Clifton. We need a goal soon.
-
Molly is getting on the ball alot, they're just rapid on the counter
-
TLT opting to punch out falls straight to Smith who hits it home. TLT not looking confident
-
TLT massively at fault for the last few goals against.
-
We're getting done on the wings. I'd even think about making an early change with the fullbacks.
-
They’re first to every ball at the minute
-

Their no 44 is crossing at will
-
Could be worse.
We could support a Sheffield club
-

Hes decent
-
Obsessed with punching easy catchable balls. Right uphill battle now
-
He beginning to annoy me now, no need for the theatrics by TLT, shot straight at him and tried to make more of it.
-
Good chance for Billy
-
A goal before HT and we’re back in it
-
Almost
-
Rovers are getting more into the game now. Mols with the second on target.
-
Middleton for Clifton, more attacking options? He is coming in as a number 10?
-
Keep the faith.
-
Gibson at 10
-
We will win this 3-2, get 1 back before half time and we will come out firing in the second half!
-
I have that feeling too! We haven’t started yet
-
Running short of time for the one back, but fingers crossed.
-
Both full backs need to get tighter, & Smith has the freedom of midfield. Hopefully nick 1 before half time & it's game on.
-
So are Wigan the best side we’ve met so far, or are we having an off-day?
-
When they counter they're really good. Couple of 50/50 calls have gone their way. Their 11 and 44 are decent
-
Not sure how to assess this, but if the keeper doesnt gift them 2 goals and we are rightly given the penalty?
We are not ourselves though, almost hesitant in attack, the ball is getting stuck under our feet, and we look a bit ragged.
-
0-2 down at half time and I would argue we’re the better team
-

Time to evoke the power of the Barrow home game and get back into this!
-
Timmy has to take the blame for both goals, and the ref needs to go specsavers, stonewall pen
-
TLT would be dropped for the next game, I know that’s harsh, but he has an air of showboat about him at times and he has dropped some huge clangers. He needs a wake up call, he’s no TSL.

Conceded two soft goals in 15 minutes - how would you feel?
We had to make sure we didn’t concede another because that is game over.
We are not 2 goals worse than these.
A mountain to climb but we can do it.
-
Those blaming TLT will have egg on their face after seeing the replay for the first. Their player has knicked it away from his gloves. No idea why people are blaming him for the 2nd.
The fact is wigan have got far too many balls into the box and we've looked shakey at defending them
-
We'll have games where it doesn't come together and we make mistakes. Nothing to worry about, I'm surprised it's took this long.
Not our day by looks of it.
-

Give over man.

To say that's a rose-tinted view would be the understatement of the century.
-
Could have been a deflection to take it past TLT for the first. Not sure there was anything he did wrong for the second?
<added> Just seen CiM post, agreed.

The second he should have caught it, he had time and room to catch it easily, instead he punched it straight to Smith
-
Senior coming on?
Was doing sprints etc with Copps, while the other subs knocking the ball about.
-
Defensively they are much better but were so slow in our build up and it’s giving them time to get organised. They are a strong side, no doubt about it.
2 goals looked soft but the 2nd we don’t close down and he has a free hit!
Both our full backs have their work cut out.
-
Right coming rovers
-

B******s
Understatement of the century??!!
I’ve told you a million times not to exaggerate.
-
All started with the penalty shout, which RS commentators couldn't understand why it wasn't given. Then perhaps not fully concentrating, we concede and get rattled, quickly followed by another.
Tough from here but stay in the game and as the old saying goes, if we get one....
-
Our passing! 4 miss placed passes in the first 2 mins
-

His longest experience at league level was probably with us in the loan spell which took us to the play-offs. He won’t have played more than the odd game for Hull, so pressure and relatively large crowds against League 1 teams will be new to him. He seems almost hyper-active for a goalkeeper and perhaps he needs to be more deliberate. TSL used to work in slo-mo when gathering the ball whereas TLT treats the ball like an hot potato.
-
Game over 3-0
-
Think that’s that
-
3-0
-
Good goal. Molyesk
-
Crikey, bad day at the office!
-
Christ, should have been 4
-
Brilliant goal was that.
-
Maybe this is our "Chesterfield moment" for this season!
-
Never mind. We would still have 2ppg despite today. We’re not going to win every week.
-
Sorry TLT needs dropping even the comms teams are saying it. Sorry performance.
-
TLT like chalk and cheese with his keeping. Made some good saves this game but conversely been very suspect for their goals.
-
We’re just not on it today. Passing poor and not crisp. Pressing not there
-
We are not at it, but without the TLT clangers do they even score 1 so far. Maybe 1 ?
-
I’m reading some folks saying the gk is at fault, others saying the first goal was deflected, and the third a really good strike.
So which is it.?
-
It is a difficult position is goalie, you make a mistake and it shows up easily. TLT will win us more points than he loses for us over a season.
-
All goalies should do that....
-
Sorry TLT needs dropping even the comms teams are saying it. Sorry performance.
If grant drops TLT after this game then that is poor man managment.
Grant is a better manager than that
-
The comms team are saying they don’t want to make it a pile on for TLT but he should have done better for each.
The first did take a slight touch, but he could’ve put a hat on it The second he punched straight to their player, the third from distance he went down in instalments and with little pace but good direction most feel he should’ve saved it.
He’s been poor, but I sure he will bounce back, however he needs a reality check, showboating dives when he could just simply catch it… 4 goals in 2 games are his fault.
Away from TLT - as has been mentioned we’ve not been playing as we usually do, Matt Smith has played with slippers on without challenge.
-
Owt much happening on the pitch.?
-
Molly (who has had an exceptionally poor game by his standards) has just missed a sitter of a header - open goal, looked like he moved his head away.
-
Not 1 players has been any better than a 5 out of 10 performance.
The 3rd goal today isnt his fault. Good hard strike from distance. He isnt at fault. If that was a billy sharp strike our fans would be creaming themselves.
-
Lost count of how many crosses Wigan have poured into the box. We have just not dealt with preventing them.
-
No, a real off day for us today
-
As bad as we’ve been have been, and certain individuals more than others, Wigan have been good. Faster to the ball, more will to win, better shape.
We are all over the place and have looked very poor.
-
Bit of a reality check
-
Not in the groove.
-
Full time 3-0
Better side won, but may have been a different game had the penalty been awarded early doors.
Onwards and upwards

I haven’t been able to view the game but if the pen was as obvious as is being said, and had been awarded it would have given us a great chance of taking the lead.
First goal in the game often changes things.
However, I am very happy with 16 points from the first eight games.
We aren’t going to them all are we.
