I don't think anyone has said that. The OP is offering his opinion.

You can feel as you please mate. I was just reminding people of our position.
Personally I am not annoyed.

I’m not slating the team mate, we’ve had a really good start overall. But, you can’t have a go at people for pointing out what they see. There’s not getting away from the fact TLT hasn’t lived up to what we thought we were getting, so far. He looks a shadow of the player we had here 2 years ago.
In terms of the game today, you can’t argue it wasn’t poor. Even Grant had said so himself. Very poor first half and we didn’t get much better in the second. Can’t remember working their keeper once in 96mins.
It’s a bad day at the office, like last week. My worry is we have 2 very difficult games coming up where it might not get much better. But in the overall context of the season, it’s been a good start - just let ourselves down in the last two.
-
Usual suspects, gosh we've lost a game let's pile in!

It's been a great start to the season.
On top of the end to last season, promotion, winning the league we've had a lot to enjoy.
The manager and the players have done a great job.
The last two games have been a disappointment though. Not just the results but the performances.
Nothing wrong with expressing this disappointment or concerns it may be the start of a trend.
Nothing wrong with discussing why this is and therefore critiquing team selections and certain players' performances.
I haven't read any OTT or ridiculous comments.
Just part and parcel of being a football fan.

I haven't had a go at anyone.
I had frustrations today and my ideas of where we could have been better however I also think we are competing against another team who also has a plan. They came and did a job on us physically, the ref allowed it, and we didn't adjust to that fact.
They have come away from home to last years L2 champions and got 3 points, it will because their plan worked not because of any Individual player in our team.
I have no issue with people being frustrated, upset etc but I think we are a long way off of singling out players and manager for criticism.
We are a league above where we were last year with not a particularly strong transfer window IMO. We are going to lose quite a few games this season but it doesn't mean its a catastrophe and doesn't mean we should single Individuals out, that's all.

Fair enough. But the majority of people I spoke to after today - the vast majority of which I would regard as having a pretty grounded view of things - all said the same thing - it was shite.
Not the end of world, but it’s also ok to call out individual performances that probably cost us 3 points today, as well as a pretty disappointing team performance. Do you think Grant keeps banging on about what we did last season to justify today? Of course he won’t, he is clearly annoyed about a sub-par performance against a team he would have expected us to beat at home.
Anyway, on to the next one.

Not sure I am banging on about last season?
My thoughts on the game were it was a poor League 1 game from two teams that were in League 2 last season the conditions, lack of atmosphere and poor officiating didn't help matters.
There were quite a few things that frustrated me today but they don't align with what is being said by others on here.
Yes TLT made some mistakes today but point me to a player that didn't make half a dozen errors today, misplaced passes, couldn't control a ball, misjudged bounces etc. Majority down to the wet surface IMO but that was the same surface for both teams. The issue when a keep makes a mistake it's magnified. It's similar only to missing a penalty.
The dropped cross and fumble afterward that lead to a corner for first goal - yes that was a keeper error, but he hadn't handled the ball in 70minutes and last week people were slating him for punching a ball. That said, a corner is a reset. We didn't concede from the corner because TLT dropped a cross.
Genuinly my biggest concerns today were:
1. Lack of intensity and pressure, we were the home side and favourites we should have been putting it on them and up em and we didn't at all.
2. A few of the players were out on their feet at the end, notably Maxwell and Bailey.
They were my biggest concerns.
We can't win em all and it's not the end of the world after every loss.
-
Take a break before being too dismissive of any of our players, I think Close is a prime example of it. Today was not a good day, there seemed to be a malaise in midfield there wasn't enough running into spaces which resulted in the ball being passed around the back 4 and the slowness of our attack. Remember that Rovers come into a strong 2nd half of the season, so where we are gives us a strong base from which to put a run together.
-
Don’t like losing consecutive games so we need to get a result next time out but it’s still a great start.
I’m more concerned that I wouldn’t trust us to regularly score more than 1 goal at the moment. We lost because of keeping mistakes today so it’s not like we’re getting outplayed which has to be a positive
-
Barnby. players like Ben Close will not win you many games like the one today unless you have some hard buggers around him who can also play a bit and allow him to float about.
Sedwards we lost the game when our defender at the far post didn't get his feet off the ground to a corner, regulation defending, everything took place after that.
-
Anyone who suggests they wouldn’t have been happy with this league position after this number of games played is talking shite!
It’s a great start
-
Wimbledon won the game by us giving them the win that's the frustration. At 1v0 we were at ease. I hope TLT can turn this around soon.

No and Yes.
I wasn’t asking you though.
Ok which do you disagree with?

Been 7th in the league and having an opinion/concerns about the last two performances is ok, isn’t it?

Subs didn't make an impact again - Disagree, albeit didn't make a significant impact to change the game.
TLT is a certified donkey - totally disagree
Grant got it wrong again - disagree. Just because we lost doesn't mean GM got it wrong.
Grant needs to look at his bench before 70mins - agree, I would have made a change at HT, maybe before.....but Im a sparky not a proven EFL manager.
Moly was terrible again - disagree
Olosanya is clumsy - disagree for now as I havent seen enough of him to form an opinion
Ajayi not showing enough - agree BUT hard to form a basis on 5-10mins every 3rd week and in unimportant cup games
-

Yeah, it's OK, I never said it wasn't

Mixed bag in there mate. Fair play for answering..
The beauty of football is all opinions are fine, we all care.
I can understand all your responses. The only one I’d argue is Moly, I did think he was awful again and I’m one of his biggest fans.
We go again.

We go again.
I was dissapointed with Crew today in particular, I was suprised he started and GM gave him a chance to stake a claim. Honestly he looked like he didn't care, had a few class touches but in general had no fight.
I think Moly was below the standards we expect of him because of what we are used to, but he wasn't terrible. He was one of many, almost all, who had an off day.
I think the weather and surface continually caught our guys out, didn't seem to be the same for them, not sure why.
They were physical, the ref allowed it, we didn't figure that out.
Dissapointing, frustrating, but I don't think it warrants calling individuals out and questioning GM given the position we see in. We could be Wednesdays, Blade's, Millers etc.
As you say its all opinions and it would be boring if we all thought the same, I love a good debate!
We go again.
Roll on Spurs!!!!!

If that was aimed in my direction, feel free to point out what was wrong in my opening comment on this thread. I even ended it with it’s been a good start ffs. Offering your own opinion might be a better use of your time going forward.

Did I say it was aimed at anyone specifically, I don't believe I did. If you want to take it that it was, that's your choice not mine
