Yeah for me the formation just doesn’t work anymore, this is my only gripe with Grant that he sticks to this all the time.
Formation is fine but there's no pace up top when Sharp plays. That's the clear weakness again today. Their defenders have too long to play it out.

Really good header for their goal, but while we allow teams to cross as easy as that we will concede goals. We must be one of the worst teams in the league for allowing time & space for opponents to cross the ball under no pressure.

Deary me. That's shocking. All came from Gibson not playing a simple 3 yard pass inside and giving away the throw. We've worked so hard to get back into the game and then do something absolutely stupid a minute later. So frustrating.
