Assume based on that the first team ready signing on 1st Jan is a striker.

IS Grant honestly saying “it will turn”! SO if we win just a match it will be will sort out all the problems of all the previous losses .
We are trying to compete but we are out of our depth , we lost about 9 players from the team that won the L2 title and recruited lesser effective players who just don’t have the abilities of L1 seasoned pros ..
Grant has been over egging his team’s capabilities both to them and to us . They are not underperforming in fact it’s the opposite they are at the top of their game but just not at the level required to compete in L1.

Delusional.

We undoubtedly do need a striker, but if we continue to ship 3-4 goals per game it won't make any difference.
We need better defenders, and we need to be more organised and difficult to play against. I had no confidence last night that we would keep them out after going ahead and then equalising.
