Did TLT deserve to be restored or is it a foolish luxury imagining that we can afford to “rotate”. Poor judgement by McCann.

The first shot was deflected, LoTutala did well to make the block, can’t fault Timmy for that.

No rotation, Lawlor Signed by Crewe, replacement keeper obviously not registered in time to play

listening on radio Solent they are quite good  - he never stops speaking to his foerign mate.
He just said Harry Clifton was in the Grimsby team who embarrassed Southampton 3 years ago in the F A Cup.

Commentator said Tutala could have been to blame for the first goal when he parried but Tutala did a good save to keep it 2-0

Apologies for the late report but had to make Mrs Coleman a cup of tea -- AT LEAST THE TEA IS STILL IN THE CUP

3 down and only a couple of shots on goal, Southampton playing a weakened team. Game over I'm afraid.

We are being held at arms length and struggle for possession, we have defended well a couple of times but obviously they have got through.

We have put a couple of good moves together but cannot sustain the pressure against a better side atm.

Can anyone enlighten me on why goalkeepers parry shots and don’t catch them? I presume it’s coached into them but it doesn’t make sense to me.

No way we can answer what they’re bringing. Walk through our midfield and are faced with a catastrophic defence. Their passing is quick and accurate and we are outclassed everywhere. What a contrast to the Palace/Macclesfield game I watched before I came out. No giant killing here!

Don’t understand why Maxwell didn’t start, best left back at the club. We can win this one fancy Okoronkwo and Adelakun to score. Those two goals have hit their confidence.

He didn't start because he's been poor of late, and Jack's been good. You pick the players on the best form.

When he's on form. You don't leave players out who are playing well, to shoehorn other players in.

Positive is we have a lot of firepower now, Sharp, Okoronkwo, Adelakun, Hanlan, plus Molyneux and Bailey score a few. I can see us going up the table, if we close the door at the back.

Defense wasn't great was it? Thought TLT had a good game but first half Senior and McGrath struggled. Senior is a better CB for me Nd McGrath needs some time out, clearly need a centre half or two.

But, second half was great, aggressive and a little unlucky not to get more than 2.

Typical remark first he had no help.
If going critical then what about Bailey Molyneux and Sterry how did you think those three play for the full game.
