Title: Vertu trophy draw
Post by: donnyguy on January 16, 2026, 08:13:41 pm: The Vertu Trophy Quarter-Final Draw will take place live on Sky Sports News, on Saturday 17 January at 11.20am.

Sky Sports’ David Prutton will host the draw alongside former Reading captain and Leyton Orient player Jobi McAnuff, and former Leicester City and Aston Villa player Marc Albrighton.

1 Doncaster Rovers
2 Huddersfield Town
3 Port Vale
4 Stockport County

Arguably, the best we’ve played this season and we lost! Played them off the park and didn’t take our chances (not like us, is it).

We still want us to win and a home game would probably have given us the best chance of doing so.

Its the correct date just not the time, it'll be 1900 like the rest

The other year I rolled up at Valley Parade after all games had been a 7pm kick off to not be let in until 7.30ish for a 7.45 kick off. The worst thing is I had rolled up about 6.15 to park on Midland Road. It was freezing cold as well.

when you go away to Middlesbrough and win 4-0 hopefully this maybe more about Huddersfield under estimating Rovers and taking the pressure of us .. very winnable!!

He’s a good story teller. Like you say, if you treat it all as a work of fiction it’s entertaining.
