Any good ?
Keep being told its brilliant, but by non football fans, so i have my reservations
-
I really enjoyed it.
-
I enjoyed it as a football fan and also the wife did as a non football fan, I would recommend anyone to watch it
-
Makes me cringe a bit but it's alright. Some of it felt to me like they wanted to make a show set in football without knowing an awful lot about football.

I'd say that it was more made for an audience that don't necessarily need to know a lot about football to enjoy it than by people who don't.

It was alright then became repetitive and too nice. I’d sooner watch it over any Wrexham tosh though.

For me one of the best series ever. Its not meant to be just based around football, its meaningful as it focuses on many aspects of society that people still struggle to talk about. Male mental health, homosexuals in football, women in football etc...
Its just bloody good tele with scenes that make me laugh out loud and others that bring you to tears.

And that Hannah Waddingham, Christ on a bike she could ride the pods off you.

Yep. She'd get it.

Can't watch it unless you're on Apple - is that right...?

Unless you know how to sail the high seas.

Well, I went into it fully expecting not to like it,but whilst its clearly not written by football people in the same way as say Mike Bassett was, im finding it very enjoyable.
