The club has now set up the means of collecting donations for this. It pops up as an option when you’re buying tickets. You choose the amount to give.
Or you can go straight to that donations link here:

More information about the project here:

We want to honour and remember those early Rovers players and staff buried there. Eventually we’ll set out an online map of the grave locations so fans can visit Albert Jenkins, his 1879 teammates and many others that followed in later years such as Len Goodson and Walter Langton. Hyde Park Cemetery will then be able to provide guided Rovers walks like they do for other local themes.
Thanks

We’d also like to thank everyone who has ever done anything in the past on this topic or written or researched any aspect of Rovers history over many years. This recent activity is built on those foundations. Many of those people post on here. John Coyle, club historian, has been part of our team since the start and we’re aiming to track down everyone else with similar skills. We need you all in our team if we’re going to succeed.
We want to bring all that expertise, experience and enthusiasm to bear on the museum project as a whole in the next few years. That project had to begin with ‘Finding Albert’ and the rest of the 1879 team. The memorial will be a symbolic central monument to them, the players who followed and everyone who has ever followed the Rovers.
