Have you seen the Conference fixtures tomorrow?
Carlisle v Yeovil
Morecombe v Eastleigh
Rochdale v Woking
Truro v Gateshead
Altrincham v Braintree
Aldershot v Scunthorpe
And just as an hors d'oeuvre:
Solihull v Hartlepool
Some miles there...Is it deliberate?! Who's got the longest journey...?

Aldershot v Scunny is almost a short hop compared to some of the monster trips on there.
-
Do you really need to ask who has longest journey
-
Just noticed that York and Rochdale play each other on the final day. That could be one hell of a finale.
-
Wow, there's some mileage there !

No idea if it's the same in the Conference itself, but in Conference North/South all the derby games/shortest trips are on a Tuesday night. To try and ensure the longest journeys are on a Saturday.

In this 6th tier, divided on a North/ South basis, it is surprising that the line is drawn as far south as Merthyr Tydfil, Oxford and Hereford meaning that the Northern section absorbs all the “midlands”, so that the overall quality below tier 5 is better in the south than in the North. However the fifth tier is more or less evenly split with more northern sides in the top half. CONCLUSION: Quality is equal geographically but more concentrated in the northern teams and more thinly spread in the south (I think!).

Surely the statement that Solihull v Scunthorpe is just an hors d'oeuvre answers your question for you?!
