BBC Bertie and Gertie so mixed up they don’t have a clue which of the 16 genders they actually belong to, thought it was a good idea to award a BAFTA to a film about a Tourette’s syndrome sufferer, actually invite the subject to the awards and are now wringing their hands in grief as said sufferer uttered the most obscene remark to 2 black actors also receiving an award.
Top marks for their risk assessment!

Did the BBC organise the ceremony and the awards, or was that BAFTA.?
-
Woke,snowflake,antifa,loony left.
It's amazing how many older men have no f**king clue what they post.

I think he was directing you to my pertinent question..

BBC has bleated out an apology, satisfied girls?

What’s with the sexist comment.? Anyone not agreeing with you is a “girl” even when you know they are most likely men. As if somehow women have weaker arguments or the like.
And you didn’t answer the question. If you are going to point the finger, at least point it correctly.

Unlike the person who claimed the BBC organised a ceremony they had no part in organising.
-
Bump..
Waiting for the OP to answer the question..
-
The BBC plays a major role in organising and producing the broadcast of the BAFTA TV Awards highlights, which includes editing the ceremony for television.
-
Agreed BB, but they don’t pick the award winners nor invite the guests, as the OP suggested, do they.?

Agreed. The BBC organises and produces the broadcast of the ceremony. They have no role whatsoever in organising the cermony, choosing the winners, awarding the prizes, inviting the guests - which is what the OP claimed.
And unlike the BBC he has still not issued an apolgy over his errors.
-
Oh I am sorry sorry they didn’t organise it but did have the ability to edit remarks which does mean they had control of the broadcast and did a very poor risk assessment as I pointed out in the OP
-
Yet your first two points were about the awarding and the guest invitation, neither of which were the BBC.. yes they should broadcast better, for which they apologised. Not sure why that makes them WOKE as your arguments were clearly linked to the incorrect facts.
