Saw the lights weren’t on, and door to the Lucky Pint was locked with 20 minutes til kick off.
I’ve opened up, and pulled through the pumps ready for a good night hopefully!

Looking at the team Stockport have put out Vs the team we have should be seen as an easy Stockport win, however the 2nd 11 or cup drfc have seemed to fair better than our league team so hopefully it can happen again.
Come on rovers do us proud and get to Wembley

We just don't have any 'men' in the team. Just a bunch of naive boys. From no one making a tackle in the embarrassment of a second goal on Saturday. To no one jumping in a 4 man wall. It's just pathetic

So far we've been terrible really, too many poorly performing players. Their midfield is hugely on top.

Like watching a decent league one side play a mediocre league 2 side which I guess it is really. We've really not been anywhere near good enough

The worst midfield and attacking performance I've seen that, none of them offering much. I would make at least 3 subs.

How many subs are we allowed in this competition? It sounds like we have to bring on the maximum allowed at half time if GM is serious about wanting to get to Wembley.

We can't even get a shot off when it's the most obvious thing an attacking player should do. How can you be caught in two minds??? Maybe Gibsons second mind is that of a refuse collector or an insurance salesman?

It’s as though we only want to defend. is there no attacking strategy?

Stockport look about four yards quicker to everything.
Zander keeping us in it, Maxwell our best player up to now, we need to get running at these and take a shot.
Apart from the 3rd minute shot by sharp don't think the Stockport keeper has done anything he could have sat in the away end.
Other teams are going to play us and want to play rush keeper as they have nothing to do.

We just look so weak and slow. Not just physically but mentally as well. Always behind. Always slower to the ball. Always missing the opposing player running in behind. Always receiving the ball then taking a moment to decide what to do with it. It’s a worry that we don’t seem to have got any better over the last few months.

With the benefit of 45 minutes of hindsight. Its the wrong team selection. Although expected it was when i saw their line up. Lucky to be still in it. Make the changes and we have chance. Otherwise we are out.

Can't see where a goal is coming from, we just look blunt and clueless. Grants 'We're just focusing on ourselves' in every interview is just looking stupid now. We don't have a game plan or any considerable quality, so what exactly is it we're focusing on?

A first half team that was never going to get anything, we threw the first half away with that team selection

Yep agree with first half selections but we have some dead wood to clear out.

Very disappointed in GM’s starting team selection. Made it an uphill battle for the second half. Better thereafter but it was always going to be difficult chasing the game against an organised Stockport side.
