i usually just Search in Rate the Ref and in this case he has been 4th Official twice. One game Stockbridge was the Ref so I hope this Barlow learnt how much better he would do it lol

He wasn’t great but overall he was better than most refs we get.
I know that’s not a high bar.

Not great but at least they enforced the foul throw law a personal bugbear of mine.

I actually thought he was decent granted the bar is very low
