Sounds like he lost his Teddy and his Dummy!
The best thing about it, is the presenters on Radio Sheffield have been backing him up just lately and he gets a strop on like that, mardy t**t!
-
I find it funny how nothing is his fault
-
What a grade one wand.
-
Hmmmmm. I hope he doesn't get the sack though. The longer he is there, the more chance of Billy coming this way permanately.
-
is and always will be a poor mans neil warnock, and that's saying something
-
Sounds like half way through that the interviewer is under enormous pressure, losing concentration as he's holding back a smirk and probably a guffaw :))
-
he was probably holding back a \"stfu kevin\" aswell.
-
All it would have taken is the presenter to say something like \"judging by your reaction to my questions, are you feeling like the pressure of this job is too much for you?\" and he would have lost it totally.
If that's the way Blamewell communicates his opinion after a game, I don't hold much hope for them reaching the Play Offs this year.

Perhaps Giddings now knows what its like to be belittled on air in the same way that he and Walker do to anyone who has the timirity to disgree with anything that they say.
Ironically they tore into a caller last week who was a Sheff Utd fan and who was having a go at Blackwell. They got on about asking stupid questions and waxed lyrically about if you come on the programme and talk shit expect to get slaughtered!
Well what comes around goes around eh Mr Giddings?

Love it. Love it.
The main argument about Henderson's sending off seems to be that a left-winger had the temerity to be marking him.

I like that bit \" whats a left winger doing in the middle of the pitch\"
he`s obviously having difficulty understanding the concept of \"Total Football\"

a centre back scoring an overhead kick inside the opposition box from OPEN PLAY would send him into a state of shock. crash cart anyone?

and that is why the goal should have been disallowed, There`s a little known law in the game known as Blackwells Law: If a player scoring a goal is not in his position according to the teamsheet, the goal should be disallowed and the player sent off!

\"I thought we created more than they did\"
So that would United's TWO attempts on goal versus Forest's NINE.

I heard the interview in the car home from the match last night and couldn't believe what I was hearing.
I think that Blackwell forgot that he wasn't having a discussion with the interviewer but was giving his opinion on the incidents of the match for the benefit of the thousands of Blades fans who were listening who were interested in what he had to say.
I'd be interested to know what the Blades fans thought - does anyone go on their forums?
