Title: How do you embed an image into your post?

Tried the 'Select image file to attach' tool at the bottom of the edit window but no image shows when I preview the post.

What's the trick?

IS the pic on the web or your PC?

If on the web, click the little icon above with a square picture frame and a chain link, then paste in the location of the image (right click, copy image location) and then click \"Insert\"

If the pic is on your PC, I don't know as I can never make it work either!

PS \"Preview\" is your friend.

Yes, I always preview... find it all too easy to make a monkey of myself  :S

Speaking of which.....how do you bang something off youtube on here. When I click on and copy the embed bit onto here and then preview I just get all the writing shite.


I can do it on a link, but I am buggered on how to put the vid on here so all you do is press play.

Click the film icon up there ^, select the Provider = Youtube, then paste the youtube link into the URL box, click Insert

Sorted. Thanks Mate. I was copying the embed bit off Youtube, instead of the normal URL link. For your help, have this one on me.
