Sorry if any of this has been mentioned in any other threads (i havent seen it if it has) but if you have Player, have a listen to SOD post-derby. we actually seem to be getting a glimpse into SOD's personality (shock horror), he goes into a bit more depth about what he thinks of the pitch, talks about the performance as always. says that arsenal want us to keep JET for the rest of the season (yes, you read that right) and that there is possibly a deal to be done with ward in the summer.
he also mentions how his beard is doing his head in! :laugh:

Heard it and today I thought Ward was class. Two footed and very calm.
He could be a very good addition to our ranks if he signs.

The beard thing is really getting to SOD, he has mentioned it twice now and he doesn't like the scruffiness of it. I did wonder if JET cutting his hair off was done for similar reasons (raising money for NSPCC apparently).
