For JR's one-man show 'Dare to Dream' at Doncaster Little Theatre this Thursday (1st April.)
Come on ladies and gents, join us in filling the Theatre and celebrating with JR the release of his book, being the number 1 club in Yorkshire (Hull aside...if you want to count them) and generally being one of the most well-run and currently progressive Football Clubs in the country.
John will sign more books, be open to questions and I am sure will entertain the audience for a good couple of hours.
At £20 per ticket it's good value, the food is ordered the Champagne is on ice, JR would dearly love to see the theatre full - remember that half of the proceeds of ticket sales are going to the DRFC youth set-up! :scarf:
Doors (and bar) open at 6:00pm - complimentary champagne on arrival and the show kicks off at 7:30pm.
Ring:
Doncaster Little Theatre Box Office 01302 340422 between 4 and 8pm and be part of what will be a great night!

That's an unfortunate clash with the mighty Jethro Tull at the City Hall, and as much as I'd love to hear JR's words of wisdom, the Tull come first.
-
looking forward to it.will jrs book be on sale on the night?
-
I can honestly say I don't know, I'll ring John today and ask him if we're getting books in to sell too! Will post back later to let you know!
-
with all respect to you Al... the use of the 'We' is followed by a 'non sequitur' , because you really mean you are expecting HIM to get the books in . JR already is expected to trouble -shoot ALL the issues down at the club . Don't ask him to do the same at the theatre.

Will John be slipping into a little Prince of Denmark - Hamlet routine, whilst he's there......or maybe he can leave you with a decent Richard The Third.

Graing: To be fair, John and his team have dealt will all that side of the stuff, which is what was agreed with John, Steve Uttley and Charlie Swallow in my first meeting with them. I'm sorting the staging, lighting, sound, champagne, refreshments, supper, DVD and ticket sales - that's really my department, but thanks for showing interest in what's happening. It's much appreciated.
Leedshayter: Yes John will be bringing more books to sell and he is obviously hoping to shift a few more tomorrow!
CR: No I think he's gonna do a very passable Oberon, or Romeo to be honest! Ha!
