All we need now is a Rovers player to score who is out of contract this summer.

Hayter is without doubt a 'Sign him up !!'
Integral player for both work rate and all important goals.

Totally agree

The more I see of Mutch, the more I like him

MOTM for me

Did well today, covered a lot of ground especially for his goal, very Greeny like, not afraid to run at defenders either

He's improving at a great rate, that's for sure. He's been very good the last few games. Wasn't impressed in his first few but the last couple he's been great.

yeah i think he's thriving on getting a bit more match experience, and the confidence boost being in the starting lineup showed in his performance today i think.

He should have had more game time since we got him. He's the new Paul Green, a good box to box player and has a bright future.
I'd love to see him here next season.

Its amazing what getting a regular start does to a player. Maybe we should try that with Heffs... oh, sorry, not enough games left now.
For the record, Heffs was excellent when he came on, and on another day would have bagged a couple of goals.

Yes Hooper or Billy would have scored with the three chances he had yesterday. He may have bagged a couple on another day but noy this season and not in the championship. Waits with baited breath for statistics.
Going back to Mutch he is a developing young player we should be getting back on a season long loan or purchase if he is available. So Sean can develop him further.

To be fair, lets look at this with a balanced eye, not a prejudiced one.
The first chance was his very first kick after coming on, with a dropping spinning ball he only got a half contact on.
Then the next one was a loose ball that he managed to get a low snapshot onto. It was on target and travelling like stink, but a scunny defender threw themselves in front of it, otherwise Murphy had a problem.
The next one was a drive that again was on target, and Murphy had to tip over.
Couple all these with excellent movement and chasing down balls into the south east corner, and Heffs did well in my eyes.

To say he's paid to strike, he missed a couple of guilt edged chances, again showing that he needs a fresh start away from Roversand, good luck to him.
Both Hooper and Hayes looked more comfortable at this level.
