Esajas would be a good signing. Possibly Simek.

When Clarke was at Southend, even though he had a massive chip on his shoulder I always thought he could do a job in the right hands.

The bonehead has shown that he's not grown up though after he put himself out of that crucial game on Sunday.

None of the above.

I'd take Clarke if his wages work within the rovers budget.I have always liked him and think its strange when a team be it Southend or wednesday failed to score or are losing he seems to be the first player to be subbed despite looking the best upfront of a bad bunch.I was amazed and well pleased when he was taken off for Southend against us a couple of seasons ago as he was their biggest threat and could understand why he was upset and threw a wobbler on the bench/tunnel and never played for Southend again. He looks the kind of forward player who we have not had recently, strong upper strength and has ability but seems to suffer from confidence but hey thats pretty common with players at the wednesdays   .Could be an ideal player to flourish under SOD.

I've seen nothing from these players to suggest they'd be good enough for us. I wouldn't mind Tommy Spurr from them if Roberts leaves, aside from him they've only got one other good player and Lee Grant is probably a bit out of our league/not on our wishlist.

I've said this in another thread.

Sean McAllister - Only young, will give us a bit of bite, and energy in midfield. Has a decent future in front of him. Very surprised they released him. Wednesday supporting mates all agree he should have been a mainstay of their midfield next season.

Wouldn't want any of them tbh.

I disagree about Grant,I think he is one of the main reasons they got relegated,Everytime I watched them this season he is far too often too slow to react to shots,On Sunday he should have done alot better with both Palace's goals,Ben Smith would have got closer to the ball then Grant. My impression with Wednesdays this season is they were descent going forward but defensively were very poor like when Norwich went down, they would score 1 or 2 goals but they could'nt keep the lead and then the oppositon would score 2 or 3.

Esajas could offer something different to bring off the bench…strength in depth and all that

We can't afford to have bench warmers, we need players who can compete for a starting place.
