MK Dons boss Karl Robinson said:

He's played as a striker during his career, but we've signed him primarily as a winger and his pace and trickery will make him a real asset for us.

Pace - bags.
Trickery - hmmmmm.
Crossing - ??????

All the best to Lewis, hopefully he can continue his recent form experienced at Oldham.

Good luck to him, I hope he proves all the doubters wrong. A lot of our fans treated him awful, and it did neither him or the club any favours

I wonder who our fans will attack now  :(

If they dont play for donny then boo em.
If they play for us then cheer them on.

Part of being a football supporter is the frustration that comes with it.    :)

Always amazes me how the fans get blamed in the old lewis debate. Does the fact he had plenty of chances and just wasnt good enough not have anything to do with it? Personally he should have gone long before this summer. I know that sounds harsh and its nothing personal, he just wasnt good enough. Good luck Lewis.

I have always said he is a very good winger in the making, and I think he will flourish in his new role. I will be watching his development with interest, and wish him all the best.

Sheff utd said same of Billy. At the end of the day, if we all trust SOD then why did we get on his back for choosing Guy.

Believe it or not, some players perform better when the clubs fans get behind them; however, as far as I can remeber, Lewis has had a rough time with our fans. It's just like Billy at Bramall lane, and why he cant perform there..

I can remember when Guy started, this season, was it Boro at home? It was around that time anyway, and the majority of our fans were having a wonk at half time (in the concourse) as they were slagging him off.

I can remember walking past loads of, so called fans, and they were enthusiastic, for once, as they were slagging off Lewis. I was shocked as I truly believe they loved the fact Lewis played so that they could bitch about him

Our fans love slagging him, and sometimes the card boards awaken when he comes on, not to sing, but to slag and shit on him.

Are they really fans?

Ive spoke to Lewis and co round town, and I can tell you that, that attitude not only ruins a player, but it also makes other players question.

It does go both ways, he has to show something; however, how hard is that when you know you are hated?

I don.t blame our fans as they are entitled to their opinions. I just hope he can prove himself with a fresh start. He may need a sports psychologist before he can move on though

He wasnt always hated though was he? In fact people liked him for a year or so. It was his constant penalty box antics that saw people start to turn against him. He did seem to have cut that out of his game but peoples minds had already been made up. His poor goals record just made things worse. A fresh start will be good for him.

Well, we will never know. Guy got two pens against Port vale away (when MW was in charge)then he got found out and never seemed to win a pen since; however if he was in the prem

Lewis is a player that will run onto balls played towards the corner flag, and he will suit another team that Lofts a ball over towards the fullbacks so that Lewis can chase.

I think he would be great for DERBY
