Im tryinng to lighten the mood up on the forum.
Ever heard off the saying
\"if you have nothing nice to say then dont say anything\"
-
How many did we take? I've heard figures ranging from 16k-25k.
To be honest, I can see Rotherham taking more than we did. Don't know why.
-
It'll be the 50,000 Leeds fans that tip it I reckon.

The mood on the forum didn't need lightening up with t**tty comments about the size of support from a club who would have roughly the same attendances as us in the same division. If they take 10-15k then fair enough but come on, have we really got any right to take the piss?

We sold 20-25k with 200 leeds fans walking to the top corner. The way they were talking before the game, I was expecting half of wembley to walk to that section

Is this the same club that had 7k against wendies in the 2nd tier?
-
I think Rotherham will take more. The Rotherham ex-Owls for a day will turn up for a bit of cheer on top of their dismal season.
-
There were a couple of hundred in the lower tier aswell, sat right next to us.
I know an official figure of 19k was given when we went to Cardiff. I wonder if we reached Wembley in the play offs at this level, if we would take any more, or if that is our peak of bandwagon jumpers.

Yeah, because they only had three sides of the ground open.
-
Good Luck to them .... It doesn't matter how many go as long as those that do enjoy their day.
It would be good for Andy Warrington & Nick Fenton - I hope they have fun.
That's not to say that I want Rotherham to win, because I've always respected Daggers since the performance of their team & their fans at the Britannia, I just hope they enjoy their day at Wembley.
-
20k with 15,000 Leeds fans of course ;)
-
blackpool average 8.5k and have sold 35k so far!

Yeah, because they only had three sides of the ground open.
Yet they got an higher attendance that season? Rotherham will never match Donny when we are both in our heyday. They have 60k lesser residents for a start.
-
I think all their residents are lesser, actually.
Glad Rotherham got to Wembley. Now, all I need is D&R to tonk them and my pleasure will be complete.
-
When Rotherham got to Wembley in '96 they took over 30 thousand, pissing all over our attendance there which was just under 25k including the Leeds fans.
And top notch Donny - what's the population got to do with things when people aren't interested in their home town team. Our attendances peaked in the first season in the Championship, now the novelty has worn off and next season they will be down for the second year running. Its silly when people are saying when we start getting big attendances....that will only ever happen if Rover's make it to the Premiership. From now on l can only see 8-10k averages each season.
