Who Is the only player to have played for - England Semi Pro, England Under21, England B and Full England team?

I’ll be very surprised if you get this (without Googling!)... I’m still shocked to find he actually played for (Full) England!

Played at the old Wembley for Millwall against Man Utd and the New Wembley for Rovers!!!!
