Has anyone watched that new video today on the official site? I'm too scared to click on it as the first image is frightening.

I have emailed Charlie a couple of times, he has always replied and tried to do something about it, even if it is only passing the complaint on (when it is about Player). He tries to do his best, you can't ask for more than that.

I know Charlie personally and wouldn't over burden him with frivolity plus, I wouldn't want to 'pull any favours'.

Doesn't mean I won't bend his ear from time to time when I see him though!!
