As above, a great move for both parties. I wish him well but obviously not too well! It will be great to see him back pre-season.

Great move for Heffs, I hope that the Wendies get promotion now, he will certainly score goals for them so long as they can start to play with a midfield.

It'll show the stupidity of the decision to let him go, especially when he starts banging 'em in for Wednesday back in The Championship.

Well I hope he does really well there and that we sign a new striker that does even better rather than hope that the decision to release him looks stupid.

Same here Jonathan, it would be nice to see a good striker operating for us and getting towards twenty goals, at least high teens. Despite the doom and gloom merchants round here that could well be Steve Brooker, maybe it will be BS, or Garner, or whoever else SOD finds. I hope that they will become as popular a player as Paul Heffernan, who had some really great moments for us. Don't ever forget the goal against the Wendies in our first season in the CCC, the one against Villa in the cup or that magnificent strike from a long pass by Sulli at Cardiff. He had so many great moments, I hope he continues his career successfully.

Great player for DRFC.
It was the right decision to release him IMO.
