Title: John Parkin
Post by: swain_drfc on June 10, 2010, 10:19:18 pm
Eumour has it Sheff Wednesday will be signing him and I know Alan Irvine with have a pull factor in getting him to go there but surely if we came in with an offer of championship football he would have to think twice.

Just the type of player we need and scares the shit out of me when we play Preston and the ball is launched into the box.

What do others think?

We don't launch the ball into the box.

He has his own postcode.

Yes, but if we sign him he could attract other, better players.

By gravitational pull.

Will do Cussie. It could be the key to a deal being made!

He lives next door to a mate of mine.  Got a place between Darfield and Cudworth.

...OR he could become Player / Coach as when he scores he seems to be able to catty all the other players around with ease

Do you mean Coach as in motorised traction? Makes sense with his 7 seater belly button
