, have they got the local primary school to type things up for them, they`ve got us at home on Sat 23rd August 2010 and the fixture list says we are at home on Sat 21st August 2010!
The season comes to a climax on Sunday 8th May 2011, where the boys in red and white hoops will face Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.
And, of course, there is the small matter of the clashes against the likes of Barnsley, Hull City, Sheffield United, the awat fixture against Scunthorpe United and the two games against Leeds United. The Rovers will enjoy local derbies on the following dates:
Barnsley (H) - Saturday 4th December 2010
Barnsley (A) - Monday 25th April 2011
Hull City (H) - Saturday 28th August 2010
Hull City (A) - Saturday 16th April 2011
Leeds United (H) - Saturday 18th September 2010
Leeds United (A) - Saturday 5th March 2010
Scunthorpe United (H) - Saturday 1st January 2011
Scunthorpe United (A) - Saturday 16th October 2010
Sheffield United (H) - Saturday 23rd August 2010
Sheffield United (A) - Monday 3rd January 2011
Don't forget, as any news breaks throughout the close season, YOUR Official Website will bring it to you when it is official FIRST; with RoversPlayer bringing supporters behind-the-scenes footage and exclusive commentaries of EVERY SINGLE Rovers game; home and away - league and cup.

For my sins, I'm a freelance sports writer, mainly football and racing nowadays. I used to do a lot of editorial work for the Press Association which feeds a lot of sites, newspapers, etc including sportinglife.com and the BBC. In my day, every fact had to be checked and the whole piece subbed before it went anywhere but nobody seems to do that anymore judged on the amount of c**p I see posted on so-called official sites. I'd gladly provide this service to DROS, or anybody else, if they contacted me but I suspect an accurate representation of the facts is a long way down the list of priorities at DRFC.

Thats the problem, it`s no good proof reading it after it`s been published!
