Title: Fairhurst signs new contract.

Not sure whether his old one had expired of if it's an extention. Runs until 2012 now though!

It's an extension he had one year left.  Good news, the management see a lot in him and he'll have a bigger role, he's essentially the direce replacement for Guy.

I'm happy with this. I was ranting on after the legends game a few seasons back that we should give him a game because he had the signs of being a quality player then. He scored a peach of a goal that day as well.
