Title: Betrand Russell step aside
Post by: BillyStubbsTears on June 19, 2010, 01:22:34 am
We have a new English master of logic.

David James tonight on the philosophy of this year's World Cup:

\"There seems to be a common theme at this World Cup - teams not wanting to lose rather than going all out to win. It has been proved with Germany, Spain and France all losing.\"

David. Your PhD in Spouting Utter b*llocks To Deflect Attention From Being Shite At Your Job awaits you on your return to England.

In about 5 days then, eh?

Technically he did his job, admittedly without a certain level of certainty an England keeper is meant to produce. He did keep a clean sheet.

Calamity is up his own arse.  Self-belief is one thing, but self delusion is another.  He writes in the Observer thinking he is some sort of misunderstood genius.  If he was genuinely left-wing he'd contribute his inflated salary to a deserving cause.

David James? The Observer?

I find that the Dean Windass column in “Badger Baiting and Pit-Bull Breeder” provides a far more thought-provoking insight into our ailing national game.

His sentiments are too true though.

We will hopefully be forced to unleash the shackles for Wednesday in search of a win and start to play some attacking football that we are capable of.

England have been far too defensive. Defenders sat too deep, midfield too deep and strikers too deep.

The amount of times Emile and Wayne were in defence was endless. We just need to qualify and reach the knockouts to see the real Angleterre
