The old Dee Dah machine and their cronies are really trying to rack up a bidding war aren't they! How pathetic is this journalism, so called. It will never work on a shrewd lad like our JR. Next week should see some movements as the contracts of players end and they get panicky about having a job for the new season, they are going to have to lower expectations as there are a lot of NPC clubs who have yet to sign anybody due to financial constraints.
-
JR knows how to play poker, if BS is coming it's because we want to afford him and moreover we CAN afford him. The Blunts can play all the games they want.

Quite agree Hoola, it is a bit pathetic how The Star is being used as some sort of mouthpiece though.

I don't think we can have too many complaints about the role the media play in this one. In essence it's no different to the way in which we used the media last year to advertise the availability of Wellens and Mills with all the continual statements of \"they're not for sale but every player has a price and they are such good players we expect other clubs will bid for them and then we will consider/accept it\"
