Title: now englands out cant be arsed with WC

lost all interest just about

i will watch the argentian (should arge win) v germany game on the strength
that i want the krauts to win

might flick over to see what is happening in the portagul v spain game i guess

then i will watch the final in the hope that brazil get beat or any other south american team might i add.

so long a team from europe wins i be more than happy

It will probably become more enjoyable now england are out. Some excellent teams still left in, i.e. Spain, holland, argies, germany and brazil.  Enjoy the footy mate!

I'd like to see the Dutch win it, play decent technical stuff with a few similarities to the English game. I've mellowed towards the Germans since 2006, they don't seem as dour and defensive anymore. Probably due to not playing as many German players!

Well, following our capitulation, I can devote all my energy to the Dutch. My Grandad was Dutch and supported them in every major Tournament, he is the one who introduced me to Rovers.

Now to search out that Orange shirt!

I believe the standard route goes:

Round 1 - match against nobody - win - turn left into Round 2

Round 2 - match against nobody - win - turn left into Round 3

Round 3 - match against nobody - win - turn left into Round 4

Round 4 - match against nobody - win - turn left into QF

QF - match against half decent player. In 2 hours, exit stadium and tournament like a mardy petulant Kitson.
