It certainly explains why he is not flavour of the month in SODs eyes.

Journalists interpretations of what is a choice by the manager and the player, \"...forget it for now, come back to it when we have a bit more time to think about it, when there aren't so many games in a row getting in the way\". Everything has to be a crisis for journalists, otherwise they feel they are boring and repetative. Things are not always that way. Radio Sheffield are playing the same game with the statement by SOD about we need to be making sure if we dominate that we win, wow, there is a real statement of change of policy? Of course it isn't, but they dress it up that way to make a story and try to create a debate that doesn't exist.

Still fit enough to be called up by Wales again
Congrats Brian - only 11 more caps to become (equal) Rovers most capped player ever (caps while at the club that is)

He is our best player and its no coincedance that we have slipped down the table since he has been sat on the bench. His 10 minute cameo against Leeds should have secured his place back in the team for the next game.
I really hope we sign him up, the bloke is a different class.

OUr best player but sorry if you cant play 2 games a week your value and indeed your prospects are massively hit!
DOn't think too many be coming in for him!
