I Feel slightly disappointed in some ways that we haven't brought anybody in,in this window,but quite happy if we have retained all our players.
Stability is a very important thing after the upheaval of pre season,but i was hoping for a surprise signing,a non league up and coming striker,even a defender on loan,but in the end Stability will give us most of what we need a loan signing here and there and we should be okay. :thumbsup:

Cheers for that Filo,i heard Rotherham mentioned but didn't hear who they signed,Matt Smith is a poor man's Lee Chapman,can be awkward to play against but not a great footballer.

Rotherham have also signed for undisclosed fee the striker who played and scored for Oldham on Saturday. Broke their transfer record to complete the deal. Good ambition although some may say financially they may fall foul.

Great ambition from Rotherham they could do what Bournemouth did last season , shame we didn't show the same ambition while we were in the championship :-(

Rotherham beat off competition from a SPL club to get Luciano Becchio.
I know the SPL club were quoted £10K a week for the striker #rufc

Also the striker that PD was very interested in has moved from Tottenham to Swindon for a undisclosed fee Jon Obika 23 years old would have suited the agenda and I believe is better than Tyson and Robinson.

Rotherham will survive with ease. But I guess they're not "sustainable"

I Don't know what Rotherham paid for Jonson Clarke-Harris,but for me they have signed a good one there,one of the few that's impressed me that they have signed,Becchio as well.

True Vicar,but Lee Chapman somehow used to score against good side's,you know what the best thing is for a striker without a goal for months?.....Come and play us,the times it has happened unbelievable.

I've been told this morning they paid £350k for Jonson Clarke-Harris (sounds like a firm of Solicitors)

A Calculated risk,he's got the ability,with a bit of luck etc,i think he will be a very good signing unfortunately.
