second on goal average to Reading . Well done Belles ... aattendance at final game of season was 732 .. including Sarah here of course

it was always unlikely they could make up the goal difference if Reading also won today. They gave it a good go and but for some fine saves from the Millwall GK and a few glaring misses from Belles would have been much closer.

It will be interesting to see which players are retained for WSL1.

I read they aim for a mix of full time and part time professionals . Some might not wish to give up their current careers , like Sue Smith , Beth England and Sweetmen Kirk .
