Not as bad as Kettle but another who somehow clings to League status.

Did our win at Portsmouth and doesn't seem to have produced too many complaints.

Inconsistent in booking Butler for a nothing tackle early on but let far worse go unpunished. A big fat eff all from me.

So do I ... No point me bleating on about every decision

I gave hime NIL for one reason only - 5 minutes added time. How on earth could it not be getting on for 10

All subs used probably - 2 goals score - lots of trainers on for real or faked injuries and as many time wasting antics as I have EVER seen in ANY game. Including Ball gone out ?- Dont forget to boot it as far down NE Tunnel as you can. Ref refuses to book the bloke but points to his watch to denote he will add it on.

Still the Lino as his assessor will give him 9 and the Ref as the Linos assessor will give him 9 Sorted

I love that people are still genuinely surprised by Deadman's ineptitude.

Someone at the game said that he would like to hear a top ex refs opinion on the refs performance.
Well having listened to Howard Webb making excuses for poor ref decisions I would just expect more of the same.
As Wolfe says, a nine all round would be the outcome.
Mind you, Wiltshire Exile may say something about refs being right most of the time.

I think I will have to add a minus option after giving the last three referees at the Keepmoat zero each.

Absolutely awful display of officiating. The West Stand lino was desperately poor too.

I honestly think some refs tell the lino they are only there for offsides and if the ball goes over the touchline for a throw in, they just don't make any other decisions

They don't even indicate which way a throw in is going until the ref points Filo.
You can see them waiting, looking at the ref, then lifting the flag to agree with the ref.

Thats why i said over the line rather than throw in's, you often see them getting prepared to flag the opposite way to what the ref gives, and then it's a quick change of hands with the flag

Maybe they do act as a safety valve for the Ref - as for instance Ref gave Wolves a Pen at Barnsley recently. To me I saw nothing in the build up to the Pen being given. The Ref was right there and said Pen. Wolves bloke had it on spot for nigh on a minute before Ref toddled over to Lino. They conferred for 30 seconds or so and we thought Hammill would be done for gobbing off at the said Lino

Suddenly the Ref awards a free kick to Barnsley ? So any time the Ref THINKS he might have b*****d up he can confer (as though the Lino has drawn his attention to summat) and change his mind without losing too much face

I take your point entirely though. How many of the Linos we see have actually given ANY decision. There were 3 or 4 big ones to be made Saturday - none flagged for and of course last Home game the Ellison Handball one was studiously ignored by the Lino.

And dont get me started on those waste of spaces in European Games situated behind the Goal Line (pointless). Adding more Officials a la American Football should result in more being seen and better decisions being made. In European Football it means 2 more Turquoise Shirts on view - end of

One gave a penalty the other week in Italy (the official behind the goal) as they have them in Serie A games. I'm sure there's been more occasions too.

0 - Spoilt the game at times. Missed far too much for us and gave Luton things which no one saw! The quality of refs in this league is terrible on a whole though!

Terrible i thought, had no control over the game and was so inconsistent it was laughable. He'd pull up someone for one thing and then let the same thing go 2 minutes later!

Also thought that he didnt pull up their number 9 for a couple of elbows! How he wasnt carded i dont know!

This must be the lowest score ever.
Then again who gave him two points, Nathan Jones?
Three points from 38 voters says it all really.

It really does say it all - and I did not add to the 38 voters because all I could see was the "results" graph not the Radio buttons.

For the record it would have been 39 voters and he would still be fully deserving of the 3 points cos I would not even give the dipstick 1 point for turning up ! Deadman ? Deadneck !

Deadman is one of the worst referees I have ever seen. I am amazed he's still in a job at any level to be honest. :suicide:
