L**ds at the KM.
-
Arsenal at the KM
-
Leeds too, but at Bellend Road.
Just a 15 minute stroll for me.
-
L**ds at the KM.
Not Wycombe or Wimbledon
-
Man Utd at Old T. Kerrching.
-
The Wendies away.
-
Man Utd at Old T. Kerrching.
Would be nice or even Man Citeh
-
West Ham away
-
Spurs away. Not too many times in our lifetime we will get to see rovers play at Wembley.
-
Liverpool away
-
Forest Green or West Ham away😉New Grounds 👍
-
Liverpool away
Me too
-
Someone shite at home :scarf:
-
Or maybe something winnable, then a top team?
-
I think we’re due a decent one. We’ve had as many top flight draws in the past 33 years as we had in January 1985.
-
Not arsenal away, been there, not Spurs away, done Wembley too. It's got to be Liverpool away please.
-
Either Manchester or Liverpool club away.
-
Anyone at home.
-
Someone shite at home :scarf:
The OP bagged that already L**ds at the KM.
-
Any of the big boys for me, there are plusses to either home or away.
Definitely not Leeds, that'd bore me. And of course not a dull EFL club, especially not one who will probably beat us.
-
OK I will make my wish ..... and its the same as ever so how well do you know me ? My answer is below but guess before you look (it NEVER changes)
Stoke City (away)
-
Liverpool away
-
Home tie, don’t care to much who, but a premier league team would be nice.
COYR
-
Man Utd away or Chelsea away as they are the only 2 teams I have not seen us play in a competitive match.
Got to be away for the gate receipts.
PLEASE PLEASE not Exeter/ Forest Green or Yeovil/ Port Vale away.
-
Or Liverpool away as I forgot I haven't seen us play them either.
1974 was one year before my first Rovers match.
-
Number 23 v Number 51....
-
Liverpool or Man Utd away please
-
Exeter or Forest Green would be a nightmare, especially given our recent FA Cup history with Exeter...
I hope it's Chelsea, preferably away, but I'm anticipating someone like Preston, Reading, QPR, etc, which will be completely underwhelming.
-
Either Manchester or Liverpool club away.
Same or Chelsea
-
More likely to be Bournmouth or Swansea away. Their supporters will not be interested, and they are more than capable of giving us a good hiding.
-
Either Manchester club, Chelsea or Liverpool away.
-
It's got to be ManU away if we want the funds for a good January window. We already have the Arsenal game but ManU could bring in the best chance of boosting the budget to help with maintaining our position in this league.
-
Man Utd at home. Best away fans in the country. Be a boring atmosphere at OT apart from us Rovers fans.
Liverpool away would probably result in our fans joining in with you’ll never walk alone sadly
-
Sunderland at home and on to round 4
-
WHU Away. They’re beatable
-
Either one of the big sides away. Man U or Liverpool would be brilliant or failing that a favourable game against lower league opposition at home with a good chance of progressing.
Ideally I'd like to avoid a championship or lower premiership side.
-
The least glamerous tie we can get.... but because I won't be able to go, it will be the tie I always wish for - Liverpool away.
-

Why do you always need to have a dig at our fans?
-
Man U or Liverpool at home but I have a hunch for Huddersfield at home then we can save the big guns for the next round!
-
Man Utd at Old T. Kerrching.
no everyone would be moaning at the price of tickets
-

£45 quid away end at OT for cups games. People will pay that as if it happened it would potentially be the only time it could happen
-
Spurs away for me. Wember-lee! Otherwise one of the lesser PL teams at home with a good chance of causing an upset.
-
wdnt mind away at hull - turn up mob-handed, make a row, beat them, fish and chips after - job's a good 'un
anyone shite, i'm going to the haxey hood instead.....
that said, i'm up near ripon for that weekend, so we'll get exeter or newport - maybe bournemouth - away....
-
Spurs away for me. Wember-lee! Otherwise one of the lesser PL teams at home with a good chance of causing an upset.
surprised at that mr c - hayter notwithstanding, i think it's a vile place to watch football
-
For me, either one of the really big clubs, home or away, or someone we could realistically beat and get to round four.
We haven’t been in round four after entering at round one for ages.
-

I actually think it's much improved since they rebuilt it. I've been there three times (including THAT day) and enjoyed every one. It's not cheap though.
-
Easy tie get to the forth then big tie away from home get on tv loads of money
-
From a selfish point of view Boro away
but Man City, Man Utd or Liverpool away would all be a class trip and some £££ in the bank for the club!
-
I'd like Man Utd at Old Trafford, but I have a feeling it'll be Man City at the Etihad.
-
How does splitting of gate receipts work in FA cup?
-
If it's away to one of the big boys, hopefully one of the ones that won't charge a f**king fortune.
-
I might book a hotel in Reading as its miles away from here, miles away from the station when you get there and is a right royal pain in the backside of a team who always beat us.
You can guarantee the draw will go something along the lines of this...
Mansfield vs Man United
Reading vs Doncaster
Liverpool vs Chelsea
Big teams sandwiched in and around us in the order the balls are drawn out, but we get the dirtiest, ugliest, most rotten trip possible thanks to the corrupt f*ckers at the FA*
*this post will be altered accordingly, of course, if those corrupt f*ckers fix it for us to be away at Chelsea.
-
MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLWAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL at KM
-
Question for Dutch.
When was the last time that we got to the fourth round after entering at Round 1 ?
-
Please a nice winnable home game. I’m in lanzarote on R3 weekend and fear it’ll be our year to get one of the big hitters and miss it.
-
Question for Dutch.

I’d hazard a guess at 84/85?
-
What round was it when we took Villa to a replay?
-
Man Utd at Old T. Kerrching.
no everyone would be moaning at the price of tickets

I wouldn't pay that much, for one..
-
What round was it when we took Villa to a replay?
Fourth. But we were in the championship so enteredat the third.
-
so we were..
-
Liverpool away.
-
Man Utd, Man City, Liverpool or Everton (a) for the day out.
Failing that, someone like Newport for a chance of next round.
-

Done Everton in the 80's, it was raining bricks that day!
-
warming to the idea of Hull away - their manager has gone over the weekend, so they'll be in some disarray, but probably hoping for a good cup run to salvage something from their season; we'll get a decent allocation, so volatile crowd and good atmosphere - turn them over, make them look stupid, get a big money-spinner in R4, everyone's a winner
except Hull - which I don't think would be anything to be too upset about...
there's also an outside chance that it might spoil Jimmy Bullard's day for yet more good news
-
Yeah, come to think of it, don't want away games that cost silly money. Would rather have an attractive home tie that attracts a full house and the cameras...except dirty Leeds!
-
Anyone know what the prize money structure is these days? Isn't in the order of £100k if you win a third round tie? In which case I want the worst team in it at the KMS followed by Chelsea, Liverpool, Everton, Man U or Man C away in the fourth round.
EDIT: I think its £67k prize money. Worth having.
-
so we were..
Got car stuck in a frozen car park at that game
-
If it’s on the Saturday - anywhere as dull and as far away as possible (its Haxey Hood and we’re doing the woodfired pizzas, so don’t want half of the Isle of Axholme going to Old Trafford or Anfield)
If it’s on the Sunday - Liverpool away. They’re my second team but I’ve never been to Anfield. Always said I’d only go when th3 Rovers play them.
-
Someone nce and easy, one of the lowest ranked clubs, for a nice Friday night payday. Herford/Woking at home would be ideal, though Forest Green away would be sweet for me.
Then next round, one of the biggies. We're due Man United.
-
Man Utd, Man City, Liverpool or Everton (a) for the day out.

Done Everton in the 80's, it was raining bricks that day!
And marine flares.
-
Hope it's not at Everton. Still having flashbacks from being crushed by a police horse after the game.
-
anyone shite, i'm going to the haxey hood instead.....

discounts available ?
i'll be the 6'5" pissed one with the rovers scarf on !
-
Watch your head on the hatch. We’ll be at The Carps👍🍕🍺
-
NEWCASTLE away soley for financial reasons their supporters will turn up no matter who they play.plus good rail service to newcastle
-
I'd like us to get Slough or Rochdale at home 😀😀
-
I'd like us to get Slough or Rochdale at home 😀😀
Bet you’d like a home tie as well 😉

Mixed feelings about this one.
It's good that we're at home and we showed yesterday what a massive advantage it can be, yet on the other hand Rochdale are a team who have had something of an edge over us in recent meetings.
I'd have preferred Chelsea away for a pay day and a probable 5-0 spanking, rather than this possibility of potentially losing out in a place in the next round to a rival in the same league.
Swings and roundabouts. Very mixed feelings!
-
Whilst a cash windfall would undoubtedly be very welcome, are we a club that can't manage without? I thought we were well run these days?
Happy to get a winnable tie..
-
Don't we get something like £65000 if we win in R3.
