I have not let the result "go to my head" here so despite his shortcomings in previous games I have gone for a 4

Thought from the first Free kick which he made them take from the exact spot he had to show consistency - and he did I am pleased to say

The 4 added minutes might have been 1 too long - and he may have been helped by the spirit in which the game was played to a large degree but he was not the centre of attention as others try to be or just degenerate to - so 4 / FOUR !

He was doing great until he gave marquis offside in his own half there 29 should have been booked for 2 hand balls and dissent but got away with it. So a 3 from me

The Marquis call was actually correct, if you look on another thread you'll see why. Must admit I didn't know either.

He obviously had a fiver on Skybet's special bet - Vincelot for the first card and Marquis to score a brace.

Gets a 4 from me just for that.

I thought Marquis must have come back from offside in their half but expected the free kick in their half.
Compared with a lot of refs he did try to let the game flow and didn't want to be the centre of attention.
I think 3.5 about right but round it up to 4. They should have had a penalty for shirt pulling but those fouls seem to be ignored every week now. Plus it wasn't as blatant as the one we were denied against Rotherham.
