For those of you who don’t already know, my Mum passed away very peacefully on Friday. She was just a few weeks from her 92nd birthday and up to a few days before her death was still hoping to be at the Keepmoat for the start of the new season. Photo was taken last week.
For anyone wanted to go, her funeral will be on Monday 2 July at 2pm at Tickhill St Mary’s church followed by Rose Hill Crem. There will be a reception afterwards in Tickhill but venue not confirmed yet.
Any enquiries please PM me.

Sad news Gillian. Always remember talking to her about Rovers in the street when passing when I was younger and more recently chatting to her from the car after games. Thoughts to you and family.

ON behalf of the Supporters Club and all the Rovers fans who knew Betty we send our love and thoughts to Jill and all the family, up to being ill, Betty used to travel to all the away games on the Travel Club bus for many many years and her love and devotion to Rovers was 1st class, and was a regular at Belles home and away games,
RIP Betty, gone but never forgotten. x x

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments. My reason for starting this thread was so that more Rovers fans learnt of her passing. But it’s been really helpful for me.
If anyone wants to go to her send off it’s.....
