Happy birthday Dad!
Does that make 50 years as a Rovers fan? You get less for life
:scarf:

I never knew that a father and son had each won the prestigious PvO title.
Great achievement boys!
Oh, and happy birthday bobbymax!
-
Yes Happy Birthday Bobbymax - I remember it well.
Cheaper STH eventually - cheaper Away Tickets - Senior Railcard - Bus Pass and great footballing knowledge
(I am still waiting for the last bit !)
Have a great day

My wife can't get her bus pass and old age pension until March even though she is 65 on Friday.
I have had my bus pass ten years as I got it at 60.
-
So it is 65 now to get the bus pass?
Thanks for all the good wishes, cheaper Rovers tickets from now on - the least you should expect having been a regular since 1968!
-
The thing that might annoy you now is that we operate as 60 + as the age for Rovers Tickets BUT some other Teams (Barnsley for 1) use 65
So you have to pay full price even at 64 and 3/4rs when going there but someone like you from Barnsley aged 60 and a Day gets in our place at cut price
Good point is that at least we operate at 60+ so if you get Home Tickets or get a Season Ticket you get that advantage

Double check Bobby but it is in Braford so I think it must be nationally.

I think you are entitled to a bus pass at the same age you are entitled to state pension. 66 in my case after having a year stolen off me.

I had 5 years stolen off me from my occupational pension and 2 years stolen from my state pension
