Is Ryan Giggs just another big name player given a well paid job with little experience based on their ability as a player (not doubting his ability). 
Isn’t about time clubs and countries got their heads out of their arses and moved away from this type of internal nepotism and started to appoint people on ability not past reputation

And Jonathan Woodgate had just got the middlesbrough job also a strange one

To be fair to Woodgate, he has been coaching at Boro for a while so although it's a big job for a first senior job, he knows the club inside out and hasn't just waltzed in on his name alone.
