I'm not blaming him for the result yesterday, but boy, he is a useless referee.

The best one was when an Oxford player knocked the ball out off Copps and he gave us a throw in, so clearly the flight of the ball means nothing to him.

He got in the way of play twice in quick succession, did nothing about Oxford's "game management" tactics and awarded a totally ridiculous penalty when the ball was blasted at Tom Anderson at point blank range.

If I never see this clown again it will be too soon.

Was that the correct decision when he gave the drop-ball the first time he got in the way? I thought you were just supposed to play on?

It's a drop ball if it causes the team who played the ball to lose possession, I believe. Otherwise, play on.
