And already we’ve created more chances than we have in the last six games!

You can see Butler doing the dictating on the pitch, making sure people are in the correct position. We've lacked that leadership without him.

Improvement yes, but still shite! Cant string basic passes together and still an inability to create anything. The only difference here is the scoreline. Performancewise nothing has changed in my opinion.

To be honest the most important thing is we win. We are not going to to produce brilliant football with the run we are on. We just want 100% commitment and a little bit of luck to get us the 3 points.

Agreed. I am just pointing out the fact that we are still terrible on the eye. Whilst i dont expect to suddenly turn up and wipe the floor with teams but i cant sit here and say we are much better because we are not.

Well that was a much better 2 half performance than we’ve seen for a good while. Matt Smith was awesome in midfield, the defence looked a lot more solid with AB in there. Glad I bothered spending the tenner today, I did have thoughts of not bothering.

I think if we had been on form with more confidence throughout the team we would have won 5/6 nil today.
We missed some golden opportunities which earlier in the season we would have taken.
Shrewsbury were a poor side & there for the taking.

No complaints from me though. We just needed 100% from all the players for the entire game. We got the reward with the 3 points.

Playoffs here we come.
We are going up. We are going up.

Well we can at least smile can’t we. It is so nice to have that winning feeling again. I almost forgot what it felt like.

Get in lads! Brilliant to finally win a game. Serves me right for choosing this week to not watch. Sounds like Butts MOM?

Bloody rubbish Rovers - only won by 2 goals when we should have had 13 at least..and we were lucky to get a clean sheet mainly because they didn’t have a shot on goal in the second half nowt to do about our defending.
Bloody rubbish Rovers get em all off.

There’s just no pleasing some folk .....

That’s just what Jesus said sir!
