I think he / they got the first decision wrong [throw in nearside] and it set the scene

Didnt know it was this Ref till coming on to post this - 1 - for turning up

He did get that first decision wrong Wolfie and he didn’t get any better.

Cheers - I thought it looked a clear Rovers ball

Then playing an inch perfect pass to a Rochdale player and NOT stpping the game - amazingly p-o-o-r decision

It was very clear. Anderson went to kick the ball into touch and it went out off the chest of the Rochdale player.
