He would in my opinion, he had very little tactical awareness, & no signs of improvement, away from home we were abysmal.

Much more determination and more freedom today. There is still individual mistakes but that's to be expected with our recent form. The efforts definitely there and we've created a few chances.

Decent half. Good effort in poor conditions. Impressed with Hasani and Ravenhill doing ok. Just missing that extra something in the final third. Big improvement on recent performances

It is a genuine shame this one because a cup run could have been lucrative financially and give us some extra money for players. It's also a shame so many of our academy lads are being thrown into a team with zero confidence.
I'm not sure anyone can still be under any illusions just how bad/short our squad is.

My head knew Mansfield were a good bet at 5/2. The positive side of me thought we could get something from at least one of the cup games.
This one hurts the heart most though.
Utterly utterly gutted.
Switching off now.
Anyone at all who thinks this side is capable of staying up I commend your optimism.
It’s going to get worse I fear.
The problems run a lot deeper than Wellens.

This second half is dreadful. Our strike force is useless. Dodoo, Hiwula and Cukur and rubbish. I’d rather have Kwame Thomas and Rakish Bingham

We have a group of so called footballers who, irrespective of who manages them, cannot or will not play together as a team. It’s as simple as that. A bad batch. A mis match of characters, skills and abilities.

we're just awful such a shame, the only season since Richardson era where you question if to even bother going for me

Just back, that was men against boys for mist of the first and second half. Midfield just brushed aside and no strength or steel.
If that’s the team on Tuesday we are getting a right thumping. Not the kids fault, clearly tried their best but we, and I feel like a stuck record, are so devoid of quality across this squad it’s unreal.

For me in January get a couple of cheap loans then concentrate on trying to get rid of some players amd build again next season in league 2, worry is players like dodoo and hiwula are on longer contracts

They were truly awful particularly 2nd half. They didn't give us any base whatsoever to get out from the back by not holding the ball up well enough. Dodoo & Hiwula are not novices and should be working twice as hard to help the younger players but just can't be bothered!!
